About Amy Franzen

Amy is a  native of Western Loudoun County.  She currently resides in Round Hill with her husband, also a native and their 3 daughters. She is deeply involved in her community working part time for her local elementary school and volunteering in her church and local food pantries.

Amy graduated Cum Laude from Shepherd University with a Bachelor's degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies with a concentration in Hospitality. She worked several years at Lansdowne Resort where she developed a passion for providing exceptional customer relationships and service and effective communication and collaboration  skills. 
 
Amy purchsed her first home at the age of 19. She was fascinated by the process and the instant equity in owning property.  This is when her love of  real estatate began.
She has been an agent with Pearson Smith Realty for 4 years now and her career has taken flight.  Friends and family began referring her and she has built a successful busines. As a Real Estate Agent Amy strives to make the home buying and selling process fun, easy, and as stress- free as possible. Listening carefully to her clients wants and needs. She works with trusted lenders and contractors to ensure that her clients understand the transaction process and are comfortable and protected each step of the way.  Always rechecking and confirming everything along the way and putting her clients first.  She understands the demands of raising a family in the area and the importance of finding the right place to call home. Amy takes great pride in building her business on referrals and relationships. 
 
In her spare time Amy enjoys spending time with her family and can be found beside a field or court on weekends watching one of her daughters.She will soon have a daughter at JMU and is looking forward to attending Duke events.
